TENNISUSPTA Professional Randy Kazdan teaches the game in a relaxed and recreational way. Whether you are just learning the game, or already playing competitively, HAL is the place for you!
ICE HOCKEYWith 35 years of playing hockey behind him, coaching players from Clinic to Juniors, Jim Sleep enjoys building on a foundation of Power Skating, then moving to Stickhandling, Passing, and Shooting!
DANCEProfessional Instructors will work on developing large muscle control, rhythm, and fitness. Dance Class ends with a recital for the local Seniors.
OPEN GYMYou have the kids, we have the GYM! Structured classes will include Calisthenics, Strengthening Hand Eye Coordination, TONS of FUN and Lots of SWEAT!
GOLFStudents will learn the finer points of the game under the guidance of Professional Terri Anthony-Ryan and her staff of Pros.
LEARN TO SKATEProfessional Instruction for beginners of all ages! Learn Balance, Stride, Forward & Backwards Skating, and how to STOP! This class is a stepping stone into either Ice Hockey, or Figure Skating! Power Skating training for competitive players!
FIGURE SKATINGFigure Skating Coach Christiana Horrington, brings her knowledge of the sport with a smile! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skater, she can enhance your skating ability!
SOCCERLearn the most popular game in the WORLD! Ball Control, Striking, and Passing, brought to the kids in a fun and recreational way!
BASKETBALLBring your GAME! Classes will start with Physical Fitness, move to Skills Training, and end with a GAME!
FLOOR HOCKEYC'mon, join the fun! Be ready to Run and Gun, just like the Red Wings!
MARTIAL ARTSLearn the Discipline and Self Defense Techniques, while building up your strength and confidence.
GYMNASTICS / TUMBLINGProfessional Instruction by Karly Royer. Students learn Balance, Coordination, Body Control, and Strength Building techniques.
VOLLEYBALLLearn the GAME, Play the GAME! Serving, Setting, Spiking, and Blocking, GET IN THE GAME!
BOWLINGClasses will include Professional Instruction, two games and shoes. Learn how to keep score, and more!
BASEBALLBaseball Basics! Improve your fielding, throwing, batting, base running and sliding. Spring Training for the "Little Leaguer". Baseball and Softball.
DODGEBALLClass will begin with 10 minutes of exercises and stretching. Then get ready to "DUCK and CHUCK" the flying DODGEBALLS! **Balls are light weight, easy to throw, tricky to catch!
SWIMMINGLearn to swim with HAL's WSI certified instructors. Already know how to swim? Join us for an hour of lap swimming too! Classes held at the OCC Farmington Campus
PRESIDENTIAL PHYSICAL FITNESSStudents will learn all the events. This class will focus on how to properly train, and effectively perform the different tasks required.
