We are so happy to have Dillon, our nine year old son, playing sports with the Homeschool Athletic League. Whether it is baseball, tennis, or learning to skate, HAL has really made a difference in Dillon's attitude towards sports. Dillon was adamant about not wanting to skate. After trying it with the Homeschool Athletic League, he is happy to spend hours at the rink. When asked if he would like to take another semester of lessons his enthusiastic response was "Yes"! Dillon has a great time regardless what sport he is in with HAL. HAL is a great because it effectively teaches the sports while the kids have a great time. Dillon has become internally motivated about sports (rather than mom telling him he should do it for exercise purposes).
